The SAW apartment is a private unit at 1105 NE 3rd St, Gainesville FL 32601. It's attached to the house of Eleanor Blair, one of Gainesville's premier landscape artists, a fabulous woman and great painter.
The unit is self contained, clean and private. (There's Eleanor in the mirror!)
The kitchen is a kitchenette, with a small fridge, a toaster oven, hot plate, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.
The shower is outside! But one step from your backdoor, and hot and private.
You will have access to a lovely part of the front porch, with a table and chairs.
Inside is a queen bed, seating, and a drawing table.
There is laundry in the unit and tenants are expected to wash the sheets before they leave, thank you!
There is NO SMOKING anywhere near the house (thank you again!)
